Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Goods sold are non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day return policy for exchanges if the product is not working as intended. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@thinkofsim.com. Please note that returns must be sent to our address in Thailand. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, please reach out to us at admin@thinkofsim.com.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including partially assembled products or items damaged due to careless use. Refurbished items are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at admin@thinkofsim.com.
